This award recognises outstanding work in using experience & seniority to 'give a leg up' to younger women.

 

Tell us why this submission stands-out. Give us the context of what this person did, why they believed it was necessary, and the impact it had.

 

The judges will be looking for bravery, originality, creativity and impact.

Entry Requirements:

This award is for any woman who has gone above and beyond to help younger/more junior colleagues.

 

The nominees should normally be based in the Yorkshire region.

Grassroots Champion

This award recognises outstanding community contribution.

 

Tell us why this submission stands-out. Give us the context of what they've done in the community and how this has benefitted the community

 

The judges will be looking for originality, initiative, proactiveness and of course, impact.

​

Entry Requirements:

This award is for any woman who has made a difference at a grassroots level, and gone above and beyond at a local level.

 

We'd particularly welcome submissions with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion.

 

The nominees should normally be based in the Yorkshire region.

Yorkshire Rose

This award recognises rising stars... Ones to watch!

​

Tell us why this submission stands-out. Give us the context of a person who has made an instant impact, and is only just getting started.

​

The judges will be looking for self-drive, ambition, integrity and passion.

​

Entry Requirements:

This award is for any woman who is relatively early on in their career AND is making incredible waves.

​

They may not be the finished article, but they're definitely one to watch!

 

The nominees should normally be based in the Yorkshire region.

Tribe Leader

This award is for a woman who leads an incredible tribe.

 

Tell us why this submission stands-out. Give us the context of what makes her a great leader, how it feels to be part of her tribe and the ripple effect of her leadership.

 

The judges will be looking for an inspirational women, a real role model.

Entry Requirements:

This award is for any woman who has shown real excellence in Leadership - small, large, new or established.

 

The nominees should normally be based in the Yorkshire region.

Grit & Graft Award

This award recognises a woman who has beaten all the odds and triumphed.

​

Tell us why this submission stands-out. Give us the context of the challenges or obstacles, how she overcame them, and the results or impact this has had.

 

The judges will be looking for grit, determination, integrity and authenticity.

​

Entry Requirements:

This award is for any woman who has shown real perseverance against all the odds.

 

We want to know what she was up against, the struggles she faced and how she overcame them to succeed.

 

The nominees should normally be based in the Yorkshire region.

Overall Gold Winner

This award is for the judges' overall winner.

Entry Requirements:

The Judges will select their overall winner from amongst other nominees.
